expect it to be better than ever!
Sign Up Is Starting Even Earlier This Year!

Sponsor a child with cancer this Christmas by being a volunteer
Christmas Angel.  Send a wrapped gift and card to the child with
cancer and any siblings, making a memorable difference in the
life of the most courageous kids you'll ever know!  You'll make
this Christmas truly special to a family whose child is battling
cancer while sharing the love of Jesus for the little children and
caring about others.

reason you cannot fulfill your commitment, PLEASE let us know at least 3 weeks prior to
Christmas, or as quickly as possible so we can find a way to get the child sponsored.  By
submitting this form, you also agree that you have NEVER committed or been charged with
a felony or child-abuse related crime.  Cancer Warriors reserves the right to obtain a full
background check and we exercise this right.  Any false information provided or any attempt
to do wrongdoing to any of our warrior families will be punishable at the highest extent of the
